Triple Berry Pie

I made this delicious pie for the super bowl party the other evening and called it triple berry pie because it’s made with three different kinds of berries. My husband called it Triberry pie and said it was trigood. Lol! Whatever works. This one thing I know, it was a big hit and so pretty.

Triple Berry Pie

  • A double pie crust

Mix together in a bowl:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar

In another bowl whisk together:

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour

Place a pie crust in pie pan, add the sugary berries, pour the cream mixture over it, and place another pie crust on top. With a spoon spread milk over the crust and sprinkle one teaspoon sugar over it.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 375 and bake for another 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

If using frozen fruit (which I did), just make sure to bake till the filling is hot and bubbly.
